Judy Llodra
Judy received her B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science at Hunter College in New York City, N.Y. and became a Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association in 1993. While attending Hunter College, Judy also became certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She worked as a consultant dietitian in private practice as well as working in a clinical setting. Fitness and nutrition have been a priority in Judys own personal life and she loves helping clients attain their personal goals. |

Dr. Raymond Oenbrink
Dr. Oenbrink's life-long dream of becoming a Family Practice Physician was realized in 1989. After receiving his education and training, he returned to his family's home town and joined a practice that had been started in 1960 by a local "pillar of the community". Dr. Oenbrink values being allowed to be a part of his patients lives and takes pride in helping them through the various stages, triumphs and trials of their lives. Dr. Oenbrink is a longtime advocate of wellness, preventative medicine and alternative medicine. |

Edward E. Packer, D.O., FAAP, FACOP, is the Chairman and Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatrics at Nova Southeastern University.
He has earned many awards including 1999 Educator of the Year for Mesa General Hospital, "Top Doc" in pediatrics by Phoenix Magazine 1997 and Professor of the Year for (2001 - 2002) by the NSU College of Osteopathic Medicine. |

Ms. Spilner, walking editor for Prevention magazine and author of Prevention's Complete Guide to Walking For Health (Rodale 2000), has written columns, newsletters, e-newsletters and books about walking for health and fitness for over 20 years. Ms. Spilner is a certified Dynamic Walking Trainer, registered Yoga teacher, Breathwalk Instructor and Active Living Every Day facilitator. She also serves as a consultant to several organizations.
